1. What exactly is the Louise Hay "Heal Your Life" philosophy, and do I need prior experience?
The Heal Your Life (HYL) philosophy focuses on the connection between your mind, body, and emotions. The core belief is that our thoughts create our reality. We use techniques like Mirror Work, affirmations, forgiveness, and inner child healing to release old emotional patterns that block success and happiness. No prior experience is necessary—the content is designed for anyone ready for profound personal transformation.
2. Is this retreat religious or affiliated with any specific faith?
No. The Louise Hay philosophy is spiritual, not religious. It is based on universal principles of self-love, consciousness, and personal responsibility. People from all backgrounds and faiths are welcome.
3. How is this different from a typical goal-setting or vision board workshop?
Traditional goal-setting focuses on action and doing. The New Year Reset focuses on being and healing. We spend the weekend dissolving the deep-seated limiting beliefs and self-criticism that prevent your goals from manifesting. You are clearing the soil before planting the seeds.
4. Will I be required to share personal details publicly?
No. All sharing is completely voluntary. While group processing is part of the experience, we emphasize creating a safe and confidential space. You are always in control of what you share, and there is absolutely no pressure to speak publicly if you prefer to observe and process internally.
5. What are the dates and location?
The retreat runs for 3 Days, 2 Nights from Sunday, January 24th to Tuesday, January 26th, 2027. It is held at a peaceful, private villa on the tranquil outskirts of Mumbai, in Lonavala. Full venue details and directions will be provided upon registration.
6. Is transportation provided to the retreat location? 
Participants are responsible for their transportation to the retreat location. We have chosen a location that is easily accessible by rail and road. So you can consider coming by train and taking an autorickshaw from there, or hire a cab or just drive down. We can assist in car pooling too by connecting participants, closer to the retreat dates.
7. What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a strict policy to ensure commitment:
  • Cancellations made before December 5th receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made after December 5th are non-refundable. You may transfer your spot to another person, in this retreat. We cannot offer the option of accommodating you in our next retreat based on this payment.
8. Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we understand this is a significant investment. We offer a simple payment plan where you can pay a non-refundable Rs. 12,500 deposit to secure your spot, and the reamining instalment slabs will be communicated to you at the time of registration.
